Merrimac recorded 13 property transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but only six carried a recorded sale price, ranging from $450,000 to $1,160,000 with a median of $598,750. The period's top sale was 1 Locust Grove Rd Lot 3 at $1,160,000 on Aug. 20, bought by Jonathan Lantigua, who then sold 11 Harriman Rd Lot 21 for $670,000 on Sept. 8. More than half the recorded transfers, all without recorded prices, involved the same or related names as both grantor and grantee, often shifting property into a trust or LLC. No street had more than one recorded sale this period.
